Commercial architecture projects
With a large experience in commercial architecture project conceptualization, we developed our own process that attends all of our project necessities since the beginning of the drafting phase.
Our work is done with a lot of people along with the clients, because we believe that working as a team we will be capable of designing an architecture that can solve the challenges we face.
Project methodology
All our projects are planned from multiple perspectives that cover from the comprehension of the briefing, the site, the codes that have any relationship with the project, the necessities to be attended up to the concepts that will be maintained. In addition to all this focus on multidisciplinarity, we also explored all the potential that the project could give us.
Research
Aware about the customer necessities, we respect and cherish each idea that we receive from each of our stakeholders – from customers up our partners. By considering the necessities, expectations and business vision of our customers, we design creative solutions with the intention of generating experiences.
Brainstorming
Occasion on which we search references taking into account all the information collected from the customer. All the search for references is directed to the goals of our customer, gathering new suggestions from our project team. Therefore, we validate the ideas, possibilities and concept guidelines, bringing the identity of the project.
Creation
From the consolidation of the phases we already defined, we propose the most adequate conceptualization of the project, balancing all the necessities to arrive in the best solution in terms of usability and aesthetics.
It is also in this phase that we generate, in drafts or sketches, the conceptual characteristics that need to be embodied in the project for it to attend the prerequisites. After the approval of the study, we begin the development of the project with a multidisciplinary team using BIM, a method that allows us to generate digitally a model of the building with a high fidelity of data, analyzing all the possible problems and foreseeing non viabilities in the process.
