Rollout projects
One of our biggest specialties is supporting big brands in the replication and expansion of their networks. Big companies, like Renner and Centauro, are some examples of already built partnerships that receive from us an efficient project management that is faithful to the principles of their brands.
With the support of the BIM platform in rollout projects, we are able to deliver precise and dynamic projects. We generate a digital model of the building with high fidelity of data, analyzing all the possible problems, integrating stakeholders, foreseeing non viabilities in the process. All those aspects also allow us the simultaneous development of a bigger number of projects..
Methodology
Our process starts from two methods that are essential to develop a complete project on the deadline. The first one is the understanding of the customer standards so that we can organize and propose the best methods. After this step, we develop the base file on the BIM platform, that will be improved during the project design.
Research
Understanding the customer processes and standards, as well as possible changes, is vital to show the essence and clarity of the brand on the architectural design, ensuring that all the new physical points will be consistent and faithful to that.
Strategy
After the comprehension of the processes of each new challenge, the development strategy is built. This step is inherent to the structured planning used in BIM. For each client an unique template is created, containing all the necessary data to develop the project in a responsive and precise way, with the certainty of standardisation in all the physical points of the brand.
Project creation using BIM
The project is developed by a prepared team with rigorous quality standards, which adapts and creates new solutions to each new challenge, space and venture. Our value resides in guaranteeing that all complementary projects work together, thus reducing the mistakes during construction. A continuous flow of improvements is prioritized, generating at each project inputs that will feed the new projects.
