Project Management
With more than 20 years of experience, we became fully able to manage a team of multidisciplinary projects. Our goal is to assure that every stakeholder works in harmony with a purpose to seek the best solution of the needs, meet deadlines and expectations and have a profound understanding of the client’s business.
Methodology
Our differential is delivering to the client a good project experience. Decreasing future problems during the construction, optimizing and meeting deadlines are our goals. We achieve efficiency during project coordination with the collaboration of professionals in different disciplines, developing all projects with BIM technology.
BIM interaction
All the disciplines working in the same BIM model ensure a better coordinated project that can meet the deadline and that has a previsible budget.
To reach these results, we use tools like Autodesk BIM 360, a platform for exchanges between designers where everything stands organized in a timeline that serves as a guide during the construction cycle. The structured flow of information and its order are fundamental to a successful result.
VZ&CO Centralization
The centralized communication on VZ&CO assures that the exchanges between the multiple disciplines and the architectural project are orchestrated harmonically. The centralized coordination in an office that is specialist in coordination assures that the deadlines are met, also ensuring that the necessary prerequisites are met, delivered and directed to each discipline.
Elimination of shadow areas
Understanding how each discipline interferes with another one is vital to mitigate errors and clashes that can occur in site execution. Because of this, we developed an effective workflow that allows us to reduce these errors.
By using coordination tools and project coordination, as Navisworks, we are able to obtain refined analysis and clash detections on the projects, assuring straightforwardness and, consequently, reducing costs and achieving more agility in the construction.
